I’ve lived the extremes — from high-level athletic training to total burnout. For years, I believed movement had to be intense to be effective. I trained hard, pushed harder, and ignored the signals my body was sending me.
Until I couldn’t anymore.
What followed was a full reset — not just physically, but mentally. I had to learn how to rebuild my body from the inside out. Slowly. Intentionally. With honesty, not ego.
That’s how The B Method was born.
It’s a blend of Pilates, strength training, mobility work, and lifestyle coaching — designed to meet real people in real life. No unrealistic routines. No one-size-fits-all programs. Just smart, efficient movement that gets results and feels good.
I work with people who want to:
