I’m Barbora, the founder of The B Method - a holistic approach to movement, nutrition, and wellbeing. With backgrounds in both Pilates and nutrition, I bring together the science of strength with the art of living well.

My method is built on one simple belief: health should feel empowering, joyful, and adaptable to real life. Whether you’re a busy professional, a mum returning to exercise or someone craving more energy and confidence, I help you rediscover the power of movement and sustainable nutrition - without the overwhelm.

What makes The B Method different is the way I combine clarity and empathy. I take the guesswork out of wellness with clear, practical guidance, while also meeting you where you are - supporting you through the challenges, the travels and the “real life” moments.
